From First Meeting to Portfolio Partner

We move quickly, make decisions based on conviction, and stay actively engaged from seed through growth.

Warm introductions are preferred, but we review all cold inbound pitches. Send us a deck or brief summary to begin the conversation.

2. Partner Meeting

We meet with founders early and often. Our first call focuses on the founder story, market thesis, and product differentiation.

3. Diligence

We conduct rapid, focused diligence — customer references, technical review, and market sizing — completed within two weeks.

4. Term Sheet

We issue simple, founder-friendly term sheets. Our standard Seed Round investment ranges from $1M to $5M with follow-on reserved.

5. Portfolio Onboarding

New portfolio companies receive immediate introductions to our enterprise network, co-investors, and talent pipeline.

6. Ongoing Support
